Job Summary
Shetron Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Commerce Graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business functions, including Accounts, Stores, Procurement, Administration, HR, and Commercial Operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining records, reports, and documentation.
- Support Accounts and Finance activities such as invoice verification, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.
- Support Stores and Inventory management activities.
- Maintain and update data in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for routine operational activities.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and business documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
- Perform other administrative and commercial tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and commercial operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally, SAP, or any ERP software is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or inventory management will be beneficial.
