Objectives of the position: Analytical testing & characterization of chemical compounds
Representative Main tasks:
- Conduct analytical testing and characterization of chemical compounds/materials
- Performing qualitative & quantitative analysis using techniques like UPLC, GC
- Performing GCMS & LCMS analysis
- Supporting R&D projects with data generation, interpretation with high accuracy & precision
- Maintaining and calibrating instruments to ensure optimal performance
- UpToDate documentation ( e.g., ELN writing; periodic report submissions, presentations)
- Preparing SOPs in consultation with sr. chemist/reporting manager
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders e.g., APR/P chemists, management, suppliers
- Maintaining project related inventories as per requirements
- Following all BASF safety norms/ work practices defined by management from time to time
- Performing assigned team-wide tasks/responsibilities
Education & Qualification:
Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Analytical chemistry
