Job Title: QA Intern – Automation Tester Intern
Location: Mohali (WF0 only)
Training Duration: 3–6 Months of training in Automation Testing
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Automation Tester Intern with 3 to 6 Months of training in same to join our QA team. The intern will assist in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts while gaining hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Support the QA team in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results.
- Report bugs and follow up on defect resolution using bug-tracking tools.
- Participate in test planning and daily team discussions.
- Maintain and update automation test scripts as required.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test cases and test reports.
- Continuously learn and apply industry best practices in software testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 Months of training in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman is desirable.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, or Maven.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
