Role Purpose:
The Area Demand Generation Manager (ADGM) is a strategic demand generation leadership role responsible for designing, planning, enabling, and governing a scalable demand generation engine across the assigned area. The role is accountable for driving profitable growth, sustainable revenue generation, superior return on investment (ROI), high-quality demand creation, strong conversion, and farmer pull through disciplined and effective demand generation initiatives.
While business teams drive the quantity of execution, the ADGM owns the quality, strategic direction, planning excellence, capability development, conversion effectiveness, and ROI of demand generation activities within the area.
The ADGM is responsible for the end-to-end Demand Generation (DG) ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of strategy, execution, customer engagement, liquidation, data analytics, and performance governance. The role works closely with the National Demand Generation Manager to align with national priorities, standards, frameworks, and governance while leading Zonal Demand Generation Managers to deliver execution excellence at scale.
