Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO – Project Manager to oversee portfolio-level project tracking, governance, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting. The ideal candidate will support IT project management functions, ensure timely execution of projects, manage escalations, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Please Note: This role will be on the third-party payroll of Olevea and requires the candidate to work on-site as per business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance & Tracking
- Perform portfolio-level tracking and governance of IT projects and Change Requests (CRs)
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure proper project governance and adherence to organizational processes
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with ITD-GMs and internal stakeholders for project execution and reporting
- Manage stakeholder communication and escalation management processes
- Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams for timely project completion
Project Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project dashboards, MIS reports, and status updates
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance reports
- Track strategic and regulatory projects and ensure timely follow-ups
Demand & Change Management
- Manage IT demands and Change Requests (CRs) effectively
- Coordinate approvals, updates, and project-related communication
- Ensure timely closure of action items and escalations
Project Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks or risks
- Suggest improvements to project tracking and governance processes
- Support project teams in maintaining operational efficiency and delivery timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO / Project Management
- Strong understanding of IT Project Governance and Project Lifecycle Management
- Hands-on experience in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Project Management tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in IT / Technology-driven environments
- Knowledge of Change Management processes
- PMP / PMO certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience in portfolio governance and strategic project tracking is preferred

Pay: ₹67,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
