Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Kathi Rolls & Wraps outlets.
- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs across all assigned stores.
- Monitor food quality, product consistency, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet staff.
- Analyze sales reports, food costs, labor costs, and wastage, and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Minimize food wastage, pilferage, and operational losses.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with central kitchen, supply chain, HR, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety norms, and company policies.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
