Job Summary
Baked Cakes & Pastries is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across bakery outlets and production units. The role focuses on ensuring smooth store operations, product quality, cost control, staff performance, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of bakery outlets and central kitchen
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, raw material planning, and vendor coordination
- Monitor sales performance, wastage, and cost control
- Implement SOPs for production, store operations, and hygiene
- Supervise and train store managers, kitchen staff, and supervisors
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity
- Coordinate with accounts, HR, and procurement teams
- Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and emergencies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
- Support new outlet openings and process improvements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
