Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT positions
✔ Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, Apna and other job portals ✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
✔ Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
✔ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
✔ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
✔ Understand client requirements and source relevant profiles
✔ Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets Work Details Working Days: 5.5 Days Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Location: Noida Sector 116
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
