Key Responsibilities
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold platters, desserts, and pantry items
- Assist in food preparation and ingredient cutting/chopping
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry section
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Support chefs during service hours
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or culinary training preferred
- Previous kitchen or pantry experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
