About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us grow our business by generating new leads and converting them into clients. Both freshers and experience can apply.
The candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable talking to clients and understanding their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, networking, and other sources
Connect with potential clients and explain company services
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain proper records of leads and client conversations
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Basic understanding of sales and business development
Confident while speaking with new people
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-based environment

Fixed salary (based on interview)
