Hiring: Partnership Associate (0-4years experienced)
Jaipur (On-ground Role)
We’re looking for someone who can initiate, manage, and execute partnerships with prior experience in the same domain.
This is not a passive role.
You’ll be working on real conversations, real collaborations, and real outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Reach out to colleges, communities, and potential partners
* Initiate conversations and schedule meetings
* Drive and support closing collaborations and partnerships
* Coordinate on-ground and virtual executions
* Maintain daily tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and responses
* Work closely with the team to ensure targets are met
What We Expect
* Strong communication skills (calls + messages)
* Prior experience in partnerships / outreach / institutional tie-ups
* Ability to handle rejections and consistent follow-ups
* Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly
* Basic understanding of outreach, coordination, and execution
* High ownership and accountability

Ideal Candidate
* Has experience working with colleges/institutions or partnerships
* Comfortable with on-ground execution

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
