Skill Set :Assistant Manager: - Handle the International BPO Sales process. (Sales background Must)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have experience of Manager under Sales/KPIs
- Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
- Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
- Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
- Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercises.
