- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy benefits, terms, premiums, and exclusions.
- Assist with documentation, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve business targets.
- Complete mandatory IC-38 certification/examination as per regulatory requirements.
