Job Title: CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to handle preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines used in automotive manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine availability, minimizing breakdown time, and maintaining safe and efficient machine operations.
Key Requirements:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) of CNC machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine breakdowns and technical issues.
- Handle CNC machine repair and troubleshooting.
- Identify and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical-related problems.
- Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to prevent recurring breakdowns.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated machine failures.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow all required safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Qualifications :
- ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical preferred.
- 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance..
