Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce offerings and handle incoming calls to address customer queries.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries, handle complaints, and suggest solutions based on individual customer needs.
- Data & Database Management: Maintain an accurate database of customer details and log conversation notes in the company's CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or sales closures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma, equivalent, or a bachelor's degree.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Soft Skills: Patience, resilience to handle rejection, and a persuasive, customer-centric attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
