Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing both digital and offline marketing activities, promoting the company's products and services, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth. The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be well-versed in AI tools and techniques for marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms with engaging content.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques for content creation, marketing automation, and productivity.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Visit clients and maintain strong customer relationships when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Create promotional content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Well-versed in AI tools and techniques for marketing and content creation. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and marketing activities, if required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing is an advantage.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
