- Raw Material Testing: Check incoming milk for adulteration, temperature, acidity, fat content, and Solids-Not-Fat (SNF).
- Process Monitoring: Supervise critical stages like pasteurization, homogenization, and chilling to ensure proper parameters are met.
- Laboratory Analysis: Conduct chemical tests (e.g., moisture, pH) and microbiological analysis to detect bacteria or contamination risks.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across the facility.
- Compliance: Enforce standards governed by food safety authorities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, lab reports, and audit logs.
