JOB DESCRIPTION:
Websmith Digital is looking for an experienced and confident candidate for International Sales & Customer Support Process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional speaking ability, and experience handling international clients for AI services, website, ERP, and support services.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound international sales calls
- Handle inbound customer support queries professionally
- Explain AI services, ERP, website, and support services clearly
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for clients
- Maintain regular client follow-ups
- Handle customer objections confidently
- Build professional relationships with international clients
- Manage CRM updates and customer records
- Coordinate with technical and support teams
- Provide basic after-sales support and assistance
- Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
- Meet sales and support performance targets
- REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent English communication skills
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in software, ERP, website, or IT services preferred
- Knowledge of customer handling and sales closing process
- Fluent and professional speaking tone
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Experience in international calling process
- Ability to handle customer support professionally
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in International Sales or Support
- Experience in software, ERP, website, or IT services preferred
- Knowledge of customer handling and sales closing process
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
