Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in interior design
- Location: Mumbai candidates only
- Project Scope: Concept development through execution and final handover
- Software: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and presentation tools; 3D visualization knowledge preferred
- Skills Required:
- Concept design and space planning
- Client management and presentations
- Technical drawings and documentation
- Site execution and quality control
- Vendor and procurement coordination
- Budgeting and BOQs
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ideal Candidate Profile
Someone who can independently:
- Lead luxury interior projects from briefing to handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Produce construction-ready drawings and oversee execution
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, timelines, and budgets
