About the Role
Century Cargo Carrier Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Operations MIS Executive to support our transport operations from our Medchal branch.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with operational data, preparing MIS, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing transport orders and maintaining operational records
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Tracking vehicle movement and updating trip status
- POD follow-up with drivers and customers
- Maintaining accurate transport and dispatch data
- Coordinating with drivers, customers and branch operations team
- Drafting professional emails and letters
- Supporting management with reports and operational information
- Maintaining accurate Excel records and dashboards
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Transport Operations
- Logistics Operations
- Supply Chain Operations
- Warehouse Operations
- Operations MIS
Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory)
- Good written and spoken English
- Good email and letter drafting skills
- Comfortable using ChatGPT for drafting emails, letters and improving communication
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of transport documentation (POD, LR, vehicle movement) will be an added advantage
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in Operations / MIS / Transport / Logistics / Warehouse
- Experience in preparing MIS reports
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under operational timelines
Working Hours
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Punctuality and regular office attendance are mandatory.
