Responsibilities:
- Train students in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct sessions on personality development and confidence building.Provide aptitude, verbal, and interview training for placements.
- Improve students’ presentation and public speaking skills.Organize group discussions, mock interviews, and workshop activities.
- Mentor students for career development and professional etiquette.Prepare training materials, assessments, and practice activities.
- Coordinate with placement and academic departments for student development programs.
