We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Cameraman to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality property videos and editing engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.
Responsibilities
- Shoot professional videos and photos of residential and commercial properties.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, drones (if certified), and other video equipment.
- Edit videos for property tours, reels, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Add transitions, music, graphics, subtitles, and branding elements to videos.
- Create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop content strategies.
- Maintain and organize video footage and digital assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of camera settings, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience creating social media content and short-form videos.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Drone operation experience is an advantage.
