Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospital Administration Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and practical instruction in hospital administration, healthcare management, and related areas.
The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge, practical exposure to hospital operations, and the ability to engage students through case studies, industry examples, discussions, and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions related to Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Develop and implement course plans, lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.
- Teach subjects such as hospital operations, healthcare quality, HR management, hospital finance, medical records, healthcare marketing, materials management, and healthcare laws and ethics.
- Guide students in assignments, projects, internships, presentations, and research activities.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Incorporate digital healthcare, technology, and AI applications into teaching wherever relevant.
- Maintain academic records and documentation as per institutional requirements.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare organizations for internships, industrial visits, guest lectures, and industry exposure.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, faculty development programs, and institutional activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant teaching or hospital administration experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of current healthcare industry practices and hospital operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools is an advantage.
