Position: Sourcing Manager – Knits & Hard Goods

Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop vendors for knitted garments, corporate apparel, gifting items and hard goods.
- Handle product sourcing for categories such as T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, bags, drinkware, office utility items and other promotional merchandise.
- Obtain competitive quotations from vendors and negotiate prices, lead times and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal sales, merchandising and production teams for sampling and order execution.
- Follow up with vendors for timely sample development, production status and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure quality standards, specifications and timelines are maintained for sourced products.
- Develop alternate vendors and sourcing options for better pricing and smoother execution.
- Maintain vendor database, costing records and sourcing updates.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sourcing / procurement, preferably in apparel, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise or related industry.
- Good understanding of knitted garments and hard goods sourcing.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and costing coordination.
- Candidate should be organized, proactive and execution-focused.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending upon experience.
