Job Summary
Responsible for carrying out pest control services at client sites, supervising field technicians, ensuring service quality, maintaining client relationships, and completing service reports as per company standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Handle chemicals, pesticides, and equipment safely.
- Inspect premises and identify pest infestation issues.
- Supervise and guide field technicians during operations.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and submit daily reports.
- Coordinate with clients for service schedules and complaints.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and safety standards.
- Train new technicians on pest management procedures.
- Monitor stock of chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pest control operations and chemicals.
- Team handling and supervision skills.
- Good communication and customer handling.
- Basic reporting and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to work in field operations.
Qualification
- HSC / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in pest control industry preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
