Role Summary:-
This position focuses on Investor Relations and Business Development with a strong emphasis on calling, communication, coordination, and relationship management. The role involves direct interaction with promoters, founders, and investors across the MSME and startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and manage a pipeline of promoters and investors
Outbound communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Engage with MSMEs, startups, HNIs, PE and VC firms, family offices, and institutions
Handle investor queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Support fundraising and M&A processes through coordination and research
Prepare factsheets, presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards
Attend relevant industry events and conferences
Eligibility Criteria:-
Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or Marketing preferred.
2 to 6 years of experience in calling, business development, investor relations, or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
