Job Title: BFSI Trainer
Experience: Min 6 months
Location: As per business requirement
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) concepts.
- Train candidates on Retail Banking, CASA, Loans, Insurance, KYC/AML, Digital Banking, and Customer Service.
- Conduct aptitude, soft skills, interview preparation, and employability sessions.
- Assess candidates through tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Maintain training records and coordinate with the placement team for candidate readiness.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA/Finance preferred).
- 6 months of BFSI industry or BFSI training experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- NISM/NCFM/IRDAI certification is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹86,000.00 per month
