Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 30 to 150 hourly associates or third-party staff.
- Operational Performance: Track and drive key metrics like units-per-hour (UPH), cycle times, and error rates across inbound, outbound, or dock functions.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety programs and compliance standards to maintain a secure environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma tools.
- Shift Planning: Coordinate labor scheduling, manage daily output targets, and handle shift handoffs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
