Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to:
- Printers (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.)
- Antivirus software (Norton, McAfee, etc.)
- Provide accurate and effective solutions to customers
- Identify sales opportunities and pitch relevant products/services
- Close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Use remote tools like AnyDesk / TeamViewer when required
- Maintain proper documentation of calls and resolutions
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years experience in:
- US Technical Sales / Tech Support / International BPO
- Good knowledge of:
- Printer troubleshooting
- Antivirus installation & issues
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Strong sales and convincing abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with remote tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inbound tech sales (printer / antivirus process)
- Ability to handle US customers confidently
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
