Train the school teachers on using montessori methodology,every week with special focus on English language as a Subject. Enable school teachers to make students read fluently using phonics sounds. Provide reading exercises on a daily basis, observe the progress and keep a record of the progression. Implement oral comprehension skills among teachers and students. Be present in the school campus to observe teachers on Implementation and students of their progress. Use only English to communicate with students and teachers. Impart situation based speaking training in class rooms through the teachers. Regularly interact with students inside and outside of the class rooms. Prepare a detailed work done report and send it to office. Instruct teachers and interact with parents about completing home work.
