Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to manage and support Microsoft 365 services across the organization. The role will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, migrations, automation, licensing, security configuration, and user support across core collaboration tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams Phone System Voice, PowerShell automation, and hybrid/cloud migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange-related issues and resolve complex technical problems.
- Manage Exchange environments, including mailbox administration, email security.
- Support and execute migrations from legacy/on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.
- Configure and support Teams Phone System Voice, including call routing and telephony integration.
- Implement automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline operations.
- Work on security and compliance controls such as MFA, access management, and service health monitoring.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and end-user support for Microsoft 365 adoption.
- Maintain documentation such as system architecture, troubleshooting guides, and process notes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
