CA with IPO & Finance:
Must have practical working experience of:
Exposure of new IPO-related activities including due diligence, DRHP/RHP documentation support, and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, and legal teams.
Maintained compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and corporate governance guidelines.
Assisted in investor presentations and financial data compilation.
Indian statutory compliance. Acquisition , Merger related all activities.
Financial planning / reporting / analysis. Fund management. Cross border transactions FEMA compliance.
Knowledge of banking and finance processes. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan
processing activities. Prepare and submit required financial and legal documents for loan applications.
Get best Loan interest rate, process rate, other charges and comparison with other banks. Assist in working capital loans, term loans, CC/OD limits, and renewal processes.
Track EMI schedules, repayment status, and loan-related compliance. Maintain records of sanction letters, agreements, and banking documents.
Support preparation of CMA data, stock statements, and financial reports. Liaise with internal & external.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
