Technical Lead – Mobile Application Development
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to own the architecture, quality, and delivery of our mobile applications across Android and iOS. You will lead a team of mobile developers, set technical direction, and partner closely with product, design, and QA to ship reliable, high-performance apps at scale.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in mobile application development, including 4+ years leading or mentoring a development team.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or a related field. Programming: Expert-level Kotlin/Java and/or Swift/Objective-C, with a strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
Tools: Advanced proficiency with Android Studio and/or Xcode, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar). APIs & Databases: Deep experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and offline-first design. Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile architectures across platforms.
Leadership: Experience with code reviews, sprint planning, technical mentoring, and stakeholder communication.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and crossfunctional communication. Key Responsibilities Define the technical architecture, standards, and roadmap for Android and iOS applications.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Android and iOS developers. Drive code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend, and QA teams to plan and ship features. Own key technical decisions and evaluate new tools, libraries, and frameworks. Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines with the team. Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
