Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Technician responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of HVAC and electrical products at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC/electrical equipment.
- Visit customer sites for breakdowns, complaints, inspections, and maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform testing and commissioning of equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of products.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare service reports after every site visit.
- Coordinate with the service, sales, and technical teams.
- Guide junior technicians and support them in troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts, and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
- Travel to different customer/project locations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of relevant field technician experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, components, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic electrical/technical diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in installation, servicing, and commissioning.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Experience
Experience with HVAC systems, ventilation equipment, air-conditioning products, electrical equipment, or appliances will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
