Job Summary
The Facility Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of Sanctum House of Wellness. The role involves managing housekeeping, engineering support, security, vendors, statutory compliance, and facility services to deliver a safe, hygienic, and premium experience for guests, patients, and employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all facility operations on a daily basis.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, DG, UPS, fire safety, and other building systems.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience throughout the facility.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and maintenance vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.
- Process work orders, verify invoices, and maintain vendor documentation.
Housekeeping & Hygiene
- Ensure all patient, therapy, consultation, reception, pantry, and common areas are maintained as per healthcare and hospitality standards.
- Monitor housekeeping schedules, deep cleaning, and inventory of cleaning consumables.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and coordinate mock drills.
- Maintain records of statutory certifications, equipment maintenance, and compliance documentation.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of facility assets and equipment.
- Track inventory of maintenance materials and consumables.
- Coordinate procurement of facility-related materials as required.
Client Experience
- Respond promptly to facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support events, wellness programs, and special activities by arranging required facility services.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facility reports.
- Maintain maintenance logs, AMC records, utility consumption reports, and service records.
- Monitor utility usage and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- Certification in Facility Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in facility management, preferably in hospitals, wellness centres, luxury hospitality, healthcare, or corporate facilities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and facility reporting.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
