If you enjoy shooting, editing, experimenting with new formats, and creating content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to hear from you.
1) Video Production
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms.
* Capture office spaces, client testimonials, events, and team activities.
* Ensure smooth execution of indoor and outdoor shoots.
2) Video Editing
* Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the website.
* Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and brand elements.
* Create engaging reels, ads, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
3) Content Ideation
* Brainstorm creative video ads concepts aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Develop storyboards and shot lists for upcoming shoots.
* Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles.
4) Photography
* Capture high-quality photos of office spaces, events, and team moments.
* Edit and optimise images for digital marketing.
5) Asset Management
* Organise raw footage and maintain a structured media library.
* Ensure all creative assets are backed up and easily accessible.
6) Collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
* Coordinate with founders and sales teams for content creation and branding requirements
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in video editing and videography (Freshers with an impressive portfolio/ showreel are encouraged to apply).
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
* Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is a plus.
* Basic understanding of videography, framing, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
* Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative thinking skills.
* Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn.
