Job Title: MIS Executive / Data Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and analytical MIS Executive / Data Analyst to join our TVS Showroom team. In this role, you will handle our Dealer Management System (DMS) data, extract daily sales and service reports, and create clear Excel dashboards comparing last year’s vs. current year’s performance.
What You Will Do:
- Data Extraction: Export daily, weekly, and monthly sales and workshop service data from our DMS.
- Excel Dashboards: Maintain clean Excel sheets and track performance metrics using formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts.
- Year-over-Year Tracking: Compare current performance against previous year data to identify growth trends and areas for improvement.
- Management Reporting: Present easy-to-understand summary reports to dealership management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Key Skills: Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and charts).
- Experience: 1–3 years in data reporting or MIS roles (experience in two-wheeler / automotive dealerships or DMS software is a big plus!).
- Mindset: High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good problem-solving ability.
