Client Acquisition & Growth Associate
Wunderkint Creative is looking for a motivated and proactive Client Acquisition & Growth Associate to support our business development efforts.
If you enjoy networking, lead generation, outreach, and building professional relationships, this role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business growth and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research
- Conduct prospect outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM records and lead databases
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Assist with proposals and onboarding support
- Work closely with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Recruitment, Client Acquisition, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-up activities
- Good organizational and data management skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- LinkedIn outreach experience
- Experience working in service-based industries, agencies, recruitment, consulting, or SaaS environments
