JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.1 To provide excellent repair quality by ensuring optimal customer satisfaction which ensures customer retention and enhances the brand image of Chandra.
1.2 Perform repair works as per ROs provided by Floor Supervisor on time and ensure Timely Completion of Work assigned.
1.3 To be responsible to take the allocated vehicle to the bay.
1.4 Inspect vehicles based on observation and mechanical testing and conduct Bumper to Bumper inspection for all the vehicles, if any problem exists escalate the same to the Floor Supervisor.
1.5 Responsible for the handover of the Parts claimed on the warranty to the Warranty charge.
