About Us
ThinkSurf Udaan is hiring a CRM Executive for our Tours & Travel team. We are looking for someone who has prior experience in the travel industry and can effectively handle customer communication, coordination, and travel-related support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle customer enquiries and provide travel-related assistance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth travel operations
- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups
- Assist customers with travel requirements and bookings
- Support ticketing activities whenever required
- Ensure timely response and professional customer handling
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tours & Travel Industry (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations preferred
- Knowledge of flight and train ticket booking will be an added advantage
- Good coordination and customer handling skills
- Comfortable working from office and handling multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) within travel industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage client communication professionally
