Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified English and SST Teachers to join a reputed school in Kunda, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction, maintaining discipline, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall academic development of students.
TGT English Teacher – Responsibilities
- Teach English to students according to the prescribed school curriculum.
- Prepare effective and engaging lesson plans.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Conduct classroom activities, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions and language activities.
- Identify students who require additional academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of student performance.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress when required.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities.
TGT SST Teacher – Responsibilities
- Teach Social Studies/SST according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Cover subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and related social science topics as applicable.
- Prepare structured and engaging lesson plans.
- Explain concepts using practical examples, maps, activities, and discussions.
- Conduct assignments, class tests, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where required.
- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and awareness of social and current issues.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate academic and student records.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and teacher training programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred/required as per school norms.
- Relevant teaching qualification as applicable.
- Good command of English communication.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and student development.
- Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
