About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and ownership-oriented candidate to join our HealthTech operations team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a team, make decisions, analyze business performance, manage logistics, work with data, and ensure that things actually get done.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify problems, understand their impact, take ownership, coordinate with the relevant teams, implement solutions, and ensure successful closure.
The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced HealthTech environment where priorities can change quickly and strong execution is critical.
- Operations: Own day-to-day execution end-to-end, close pending tasks, fix gaps, hit daily targets, coordinate across departments
- Team Leadership: Lead the team, assign work, monitor performance, resolve conflicts, keep morale/productivity up under pressure, hold people accountable
- Decision Making: Make fast, practical calls independently; prioritize by urgency/impact; resolve unexpected issues quickly
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain trackers/dashboards, produce daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyze KPIs and trends to drive decisions
- P&L Awareness: Understand revenue, costs, margins, and unit economics; spot cost-saving opportunities without hurting service quality
- Logistics: Plan and optimize resources, routes, and scheduling; coordinate field teams efficiently
- Crisis Handling: Stay calm, manage multiple issues at once, communicate clearly, keep operations running smoothly under pressure
Educational Qualifications
Preferred:
- MBA in Healthcare Management
- MBA in Operations Management
- MBA in Supply Chain Management
Also Considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience in Healthtech, healthcare operations, logistics, or field operations are encouraged to apply.
