Job Summary:
Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions, vendor verification processes, and product listing operations for our growing quick commerce and e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer and vendor queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor queries through phone calls, emails, chat support, and other communication channels.
- Handle vendor onboarding and verification processes by validating required documents and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, inventory updates, and catalog accuracy across the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, payments, products, and vendor services while escalating complex issues to the concerned departments when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, vendor verification status, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, onboarding, and catalog management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer and vendor feedback to identify recurring issues and contribute toward process improvements and service enhancement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant experience in customer support, e-commerce operations, or vendor management will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, resolve problems efficiently, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, or support software.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and product listings.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, fintech support, vendor onboarding, or product catalog management.
- Knowledge of online marketplace operations and customer handling processes.
