As Inside Sales Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team that connects students with life-changing opportunities. You’ll drive conversions, refine sales strategies, and ensure every interaction reflects our mission: making global education accessible, personal, and inspiring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Managing, leading, training, and mentoring a team of in-house counselors for online degree verticals.
● CRM systems and tools for lead management, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
● Driving end-to-end sales process by adhering to internal SLAs and quality standards.
● Forecasting course offerings/programs through market research and curating learner journeys.
● Collaborating with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
● Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all online degree programs, university compliance, and learner demographics.
Requirements:
● Have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
● Have specifically worked within the Online Degree Counselling domain, Higher Education, or Ed-Tech.
