The Quality Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives across the hospital. The role ensures adherence to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH/JCI), and continuous improvement in patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospital-wide quality assurance programs and policies.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, or other regulatory bodies).
- Conduct internal audits and quality assessments across departments.
- Analyze quality indicators, patient safety data, and incident reports to identify improvement areas.
- Drive patient safety initiatives and risk management activities.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve service quality.
- Lead quality improvement projects and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Conduct training programs on quality standards, protocols, and patient safety.
- Maintain documentation related to audits, SOPs, and quality metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review meetings.
- Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Quality Management
- Certification in NABH / JCI is preferred
- Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in hospital quality management
- Experience in NABH/JCI accreditation processes is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
