About the Role
Inch (Shenzhen) Company is looking for creative, original, and naturally funny Comedians / Comedy Content Creators who can bring fresh jokes, ideas, voice notes, and entertaining content to our audience.
This is a freelance opportunity designed for people who have a natural sense of humour and can consistently create original comedy content.
Working Schedule
- This is a freelance position.
- You will be required to visit the office only 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
- Expected time commitment: 1–2 hours per day.
- The schedule is designed to allow freelancers to continue with their other work, studies, or projects.
Payment & Commission
- You will receive ₹500 for every content piece approved by our creative team.
- There is no fixed monthly salary; earnings are based on the number of approved content pieces.
- Multiple pieces can be submitted for approval.
- Payment will be made according to the company's approved-content payment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit original jokes and comedy concepts.
- Provide voice notes / voice recordings showcasing your jokes and delivery.
- Develop short-form comedy content suitable for digital and social media platforms.
- Create jokes based on everyday situations, observations, experiences, trends, and relatable topics.
- Attend scheduled sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Participate in comedy auditions and creative exercises.
- Work with the creative team to develop selected ideas into final content.
- Submit content within agreed timelines.
- Maintain complete originality in all submitted work.
Original Content Only
We are looking for real human creativity and original comedy.
Strictly not accepted:
- ❌ AI-generated jokes
- ❌ AI-generated videos
- ❌ Copied jokes from other comedians
- ❌ Content copied from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms
- ❌ Recycled viral jokes presented as original
- ❌ AI-generated voice or performance
We want:

- ✅ Your own ideas and observations
- ✅ Your own voice and personality
- ✅ Fresh comedy concepts
- ✅ Human-created content
Audition Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an audition.
The audition may include:
- Performing your original jokes
- Submitting a voice note
- Creating a short comedy concept
- Demonstrating spontaneous humour or improvisation
- Showing your ability to turn everyday situations into comedy
