About Kathputlee Arts & Films
Kathputlee Arts & Films is a Delhi-based creative production house working with leading brands and agencies on ad films, corporate films, animation, timelapse projects, and social media content. We are scaling our business team and are looking for a revenue-focused BDM who knows the advertising and production industry from the inside.
Who We Are Looking For
This is not a lead-generation role. We need a closer — someone who has sold video production, advertising, or media services in the B2B space, owns a live network of brand and agency contacts, and is confident committing to monthly revenue targets linked to their compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure — for video production and advertising services.
- Achieve agreed monthly revenue targets (realized revenue credited to the company, not just pipeline).
- Understand client advertising objectives and translate them into communication and content strategies with our creative team.
- Build and convert a B2B network of brand managers, marketing heads, and agency partners.
- Prepare winning proposals, pitch decks, and commercial quotations.
- Grow existing accounts through repeat business and referrals; maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure revenue realization — follow up on invoicing and payment collection.
- Handle client escalations professionally and protect the relationship.Must-Have Requirements
- 3–6 years of business development / sales experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising agency, production house, media, or video services company (mandatory).
- Proven track record of new business acquisition — you should be able to show numbers in the interview.
- Strong understanding of video production services and how brands use them.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with performance-linked compensation and monthly target reviews.
- Graduate (any discipline); fluent English and Hindi.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹_6 LPA – ₹ 12LPA per year (based on experience and network strength).
- Performance incentive: paid monthly on realized revenue, over and above fixed salary — uncapped.
- Salary revision reviewed against revenue performance at defined milestones.
