Job Summary
The IVF Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. The role involves counselling patients on fertility treatment options, converting consultations into IVF treatment cycles, addressing patient concerns, coordinating with doctors and clinical departments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.
The counsellor plays a key role in improving patient conversion, treatment adherence, and overall patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Counselling
- Provide comprehensive counselling to new and review fertility patients.
- Explain IVF, IUI, ICSI, Egg Freezing, Embryo Transfer, Donor Programs, and other fertility treatments.
- Educate patients about treatment protocols, timelines, success rates, and expected outcomes.
- Address emotional, financial, and treatment-related concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Build trust and maintain patient confidentiality.
2. Conversion & Business Development
- Convert consultations into treatment cycles.
- Achieve monthly IVF, IUI, and fertility package conversion targets.
- Follow up with decision-pending and dropout patients.
- Counsel financially hesitant patients and explain available payment options.
- Promote value-added fertility services where appropriate.
3. Patient Coordination
- Coordinate appointments with consultants, scan room, laboratory, OT, and nursing teams.
- Ensure all investigations and documentation are completed before treatment initiation.
- Assist patients in scheduling treatment milestones and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate with insurance/finance teams when applicable.
4. Patient Follow-up
- Follow up with:
- Decision-pending patients
- Dropout patients
- Review patients
- Missed appointment patients
- Post-treatment follow-up patients
- Maintain accurate follow-up records in the CRM/HIS.
- Ensure timely communication through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
