The Production Manager will oversee, direct, and optimize the entire end-to-end manufacturing process of brass products. Responsibility begins at the billet heating and extrusion press stage, progresses through cold drawing and straightening, covers precision machining (CNC/VMC/Automats), and concludes with surface finishing, final inspection, and packaging. The primary focus is maximizing machine efficiency (OEE), minimizing material scrap rates, and ensuring strict adherence to dimensional tolerances and safety guidelines.
