We are looking for an energetic and confident Front Desk Executive ability to handle walkin and other operations for an IT company. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, converting leads into memberships, and creating a welcoming experience for members and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations
- Welcome members and visitors professionally.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
- Manage member check-ins and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with members.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure high member satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp handling).
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothly.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
